Welcome to 《Signal Layers》 (hereinafter referred to as "the Game"). This Agreement is a legal contract between you and the Game Developer (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Game services. Please read and fully understand all terms of this Agreement carefully before using the Game.
I. General Provisions
Acceptance of Agreement: By downloading, installing, or launching the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement and the 《Privacy Policy》.
Rejection Clause: If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please cease using the Game immediately. If relevant platform rules or applicable laws require otherwise, you shall comply with such requirements.
Agreement Revisions: We may revise this Agreement as needed due to changes in laws and regulations or operational requirements. The revised Agreement will take effect immediately upon publication. We recommend that you periodically review this Agreement to stay informed of the latest terms.
Service Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate part or all of the Game services based on operational needs, without prior notice.
II. Usage Guidelines and Conditions
Responsibility for Fees: You are solely responsible for all costs incurred while using the Game services, including but not limited to network communication fees, data traffic charges, and device power consumption.
Age Restriction: You confirm that you are at least 13 years old when you start using this service. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, please read and agree to this Agreement with your legal guardian and use the Game under their guidance.
Assumption of Risk: You understand and agree that you assume all risks associated with downloading, installing, and using the Game. The Game service is provided on an "AS IS" basis. We are not responsible for any compatibility issues or malfunctions arising from your device, operating system, network environment, or other factors.
III. Accounts and Game Data
Account-Free Mode: To best protect your personal information, the Game does not require account registration for use.
Local Data Storage: Your game progress is primarily saved in your device's local storage. Uninstalling the Game, clearing cache, or changing devices may result in the loss of game progress. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any such loss.
iCloud Backup (iOS Devices): You may choose to use Apple's iCloud service to back up your game data. This service is independently operated by Apple Inc., and its data management is subject to Apple's terms of service and privacy policy, which are unrelated to us.
IV. Virtual Items
Acquisition Channels: Virtual currency (such as coins, gems, etc.) and other virtual items within the Game must be obtained only through officially recognized channels. We reserve the right to delete, retrieve, or void virtual items obtained through unofficial, illegal, or improper means (including but not limited to exploiting system vulnerabilities, using cheats) without prior notice.
Usage Restrictions: All virtual items are for use exclusively within the Game. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for physical goods or real currency, and cannot be transferred or traded outside the Game in any form.
Policy Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust the types, pricing, acquisition methods, and functions of virtual items after providing reasonable notice (e.g., via an in-game or official website announcement).
V. User Conduct Guidelines
Legality and Compliance: All your actions and content while using this service must comply with applicable laws and regulations, respect social morality, and not infringe upon any third party's legal rights.
Prohibited Actions: You must not engage in any activity that undermines game fairness, disrupts normal game operation, or infringes upon others' rights, including but not limited to:
- Using or distributing any cheats, bots, accelerators, or other unauthorized third-party software.
- Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities, program errors, or design flaws for personal or another's gain.
- Performing any action that interferes with, disrupts, or limits the normal operation of the Game services.
- Infringing upon our or any third party's intellectual property rights, trade secrets, or other legal rights.
Handling of Violations: If we have reasonable grounds to believe you have violated the above guidelines, we have the right to take corresponding actions based on the severity of the violation, including but not limited to warnings, restricting game functions, and permanently banning you from using the Game services, without prior notice.
VI. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights contained in the Game (including but not limited to source code, art assets, characters, music, text, interface design, and related documentation) are owned by the developer and its licensors. Without our prior written permission, no entity or individual may copy, distribute, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or illegally use the Game in any other form.
VII. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
"AS IS" Basis: The Game services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-interference, and freedom from errors.
Exemption of Liability: We are not liable for any losses resulting from force majeure events (such as natural disasters, wars, government actions), third-party service issues (such as network outages, device failures), or your own improper use.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the services.
VIII. Miscellaneous
Governing Law: The formation, validity, interpretation, execution, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction or competent authority, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Assignment: We have the right to assign all or part of our rights and obligations under this Agreement to our affiliates or subsequent acquirers, successors, without requiring your separate consent. You may not assign any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our written consent.
